Here’s a tip that I kept forgetting when I don’t use Photoshop for awhile. It works in Photoshop element too.
- Pick the Elliptical Marquee Tool and drag on your layer, holding the SHIFT key to get a perfect circle.
- Go to Edit-Stroke where you can select the width of the stroke as well as its position and color.
- Click OK and that’s it.
